How can I keep my Cred account secure?
Financial Services companies are sometimes targeted by individuals operating loan scams. In order to do so, they may use the name and logo of businesses such as Cred in order to impersonate. If you believe you have been a victim of such a scam, please contact us at help@getcred.co.uk
Any email communication from Cred will come from the domain of @getcred.co.uk, such as help@getcred.co.uk.
Cred will never call to ask you for your bank account or credit card/debit card details. To keep things secure, you manage your account via the mobile app. In the event of more help needed, you can call or email us by using the phone number and email address provided within the app and our formal communications such as your credit agreement and monthly statements.
