How do I change my bank account details?
If you need to change the bank account linked to your Cred account, please email us at help@getcred.co.uk. We'll send you a short online form to securely capture your new bank details and update your direct debit mandate.
Please note that changing your linked account will affect both where your monthly repayments are taken from and the account you draw funds into.
