How do I set up a repayment method?

You’ll need at least one automatic repayment method in place to cover your monthly payments. We currently support three options:

  1. A Direct Debit is a standard instruction to your bank to pay us each month, and it’s protected by the Direct Debit Guarantee.
  2. A VRP (Variable Recurring Payment) is a secure Open Banking method that lets us take payments directly from your bank account within limits you’ve agreed — you can cancel this consent with your bank at any time.
  3. A CPA (Continuous Payment Authority) is linked to your debit card and can be cancelled at any time by contacting us or your card provider.
