It’s important that we always have your up-to-date contact information, particularly your address and email address, so that statements and important notices reach you. If any of your details change, please let us know as soon as possible through the Cred app or by contacting us directly. If we’re unable to reach you because your details are out of date, we won’t be responsible for any missed communications.
