What do I do if I want to close my Cred account?
If you’d like to close your account after the 14-day cooling-off period, please get in touch with us by phone or email. To close your account you’ll need to repay your full outstanding balance, including any interest accrued up to the date of repayment. Once you’ve notified us and cleared your balance, you won’t be able to make any further drawdowns and the agreement will end.
If we ever need to close your account, we’ll normally give you 2 months’ written notice — though in cases of serious or repeated breach of the agreement, we may do so without notice.
