What happens to my balance if I close my account?
When your account is closed, whether by you or by us, your full outstanding balance becomes immediately due and payable. Any remaining instalment plan balances will be transferred to your main running account balance. Your current interest rate will continue to apply until everything has been repaid in full. If you have concerns about clearing your balance, please get in touch with us and we’ll do our best to help.
