What if I don’t receive a statement?

If you don’t receive your monthly statement for any reason, your payment is still due. You can log into the Cred app at any time to find your current balance, minimum payment and due date. If you’re concerned about not receiving a statement, please get in touch and we’ll look into it. You can also request a copy of any statement through the app or by contacting us directly.
