When might Cred stop me from making a withdrawal?

When might Cred stop me from making a withdrawal?

There are a few situations where we won’t be able to process a drawdown:

  1. if you’ve already made 2 drawdowns that day
  2. if the amount would exceed your available credit limit
  3. if your account is behind on payments, or
  4. if there has been suspected fraud or unauthorised use of your account.

We may also decline a request if we have significant concerns about your ability to repay.
If a drawdown is declined and you’re unsure why, please contact us and we’ll explain.
